Who we are
JoyDesigns (65.252.899 JOICE RAMOS, CNPJ 65.252.899/0001-85) is a Brazilian business that sells 3D-printed products on marketplaces such as TikTok Shop and Mercado Livre. It is the controller of the personal data described here, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018). Its in-house system, ecom3d, keeps the company's catalog, stock and prices in sync with those marketplaces.
Data we process
- Shop data: JoyDesigns' shop name and identifiers, warehouse identifier, and the access tokens granted to its system.
- Product data: listings, prices, stock and categories.
- Order data: products, quantities, amounts and status. From the buyer we keep only the nickname, name, city and state of the shipment. We do not store street address, tax ID (CPF), phone number or e-mail.
Why we process it
Only to fulfil and manage JoyDesigns' orders (legal basis: performance of the purchase contract, LGPD art. 7, V): update stock when a sale happens, keep prices and stock in sync, and handle cancellations and returns. Data is never sold, never shared with third parties and never used for marketing or profiling.
Where it is stored
In Brazil only, on a single encrypted server computer. Data travels encrypted (TLS) between the marketplaces and the server and is not stored by any intermediary.
How long we keep it
- Buyer nickname and name are erased 90 days after the order is delivered or cancelled. Sales records are kept without personal data.
- When a marketplace account is disconnected or the relationship with the marketplace ends, access tokens are deleted immediately and all data obtained from that marketplace is deleted within 30 days.
How we protect it
Encryption at rest and in transit, least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication and continuous vulnerability management, as described in our Security Policy.
Your rights
Under the LGPD you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization or deletion of your personal data, and information about sharing. Send your request to joydesigns3d@gmail.com; we answer within 15 days. Requests received through a seller or TikTok Shop are handled within the same period. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).
Data breaches
If an incident affects personal data, we notify TikTok Shop within 24 hours of confirmation, and the ANPD and affected individuals when required by law.
Changes
This policy is reviewed at least once a year. The version and effective date at the top show the latest update.
